I absolutely agree with Ocean. I’ve had problems with acne and mild rosacia. I’ve been getting facials and putting a lot of stuff on my face, peels and all that. And although it got a little better, I wasn’t really happy with it. I’m now on my 8th day of the mc. And my skin is glowing, no pimples, blackheads, nothing!!! This is day 7 for me and so far I have no signs of getting rid of toxins or losing weight. My tongue is still coated, and except for some dizziness yesterday, I’ve felt pretty normal. This is day 5 for me. I thought I would feel some ”stirring up” by now. I just feel normal. I’ve only lost three pounds. (I’m about 50 lbs. overweight.) Maybe its the cayene, but let me share my experience. I normally have problems with all three ingredients in the drink. Lemon makes me very itchy, even a squeeze on my fish or into my iced tea. Maple makes me sneeze. Pepper of all kinds is a major stomach irritant and also makes my face flush (I have Rosacea.)and I avoid it even though I love it. I decided to go ahead witht he cleanse anyway. Surprisingly, none of these foods are giving me a problem, even though I’m having them in much larger quantities than ever. I, too, have been struggling with skin rashes lately and have been experimenting to find a cure. First of all soy products are high in nikel as are some fish.
