Wouldn’t 3x/day be best IF you eat 3 meals a day? Do people really eat 3 full meals a day? I’d say I eat 1 real meal a day --in afternoon or early evening. This is 2nd day after flush. This morning I was laying there and at the bottom of rib region I felt and heard something that I’m not sure how to describe. Make this sound quickly and forcefully with lips: ”P’sh, p’sh, p’sh” -- I imagined it as stones/stuff being shot out. Then shortly after some rumbling further down in gut. On the first flush I only saw some chaff and gravel. I just did a second flush. All I saw was a couple pea-sized green/tan things and gravel. One looked like a hazelnut and the other was that bright green. Also, a lot of flaky looking matter with what looked like the skins of kidney beans (which I haven’t eaten). Doesn’t seem like much. When I was sick for about a week I had intermittent excruciating pain throughout the gut. Most severe at bottom of ribs and low in the region of the end of the colon. I’m 36 and came down with UC 6 years ago. I haven’t seen a doctor, taken a drug, or had a symptom of it in 3 1/2 years. I can’t say for sure why. I’ve done various things here and there to work on my health, from supplements to diet to fasting to juicing to meditation (I think this is most important to healing leaky gut - restores normal blood flow to gut, hence, it heals.) LOL...sorry GasMan, but I don’t believe there is such a thing as a donut cleanse! I know the F2 contains psyllium and bentonite and hope that it is sufficient to get the job done. However, since the F1 contains laxative herbs it may move the p&b through the GI tract too quickly and interfere with its ability to soften, loosen and absorb the ickies!
