The type of carb affects each person differently.
Fruit carbs for me personally, with very low cortisol and other metabolic issues, made my health slide very quickly. I had to hold onto walls to walk a few paces, i lost balance, appetite, and many other reactions i won’t go into. I literally nose-dived.
