I just completed my 5th liver flush on friday....I prepared a week with Malic Acid and Super Phos 30 (phosphoric acid) The day of the flush I did a coffee enema at 4:00 and then epsom salts at 6 and 8:00. then the olive oil mixture at 10:00. I just started using the Ultimate Zapper by Ken Presner for about 4 days. I started doing in 5 minutes then 20 minutes rest then on 5 minutes. Well today i after zapping my left index finger started swelling from the middle joint down to the tip...It has swollen so bad that it looks like the blood circulation is being cut off to it. Ok so I’ve been dealing with a lot of little health issues including dry eyes, CONSTANT skin eruptions, fatigue and possible leaky gut syndrome. Ok so i just finished my second LIVER FLUSH. My continuous breakouts on my face are driving me insane. Everything seems to break out my skin!.....Ok so with this flush i did ACV for 7 days prior. thanks usasoccer11 for the advice....Yeah i see a hollistic chinese doctor and he said i needed to eat fresh alaskan salmon or fish or organic turkey atleast 3 to 4 times a week.....he does not agree with strict raw vegan. I tried raw vegan for a month and it messed me up and my digestion......So i try to do fresh veggie juice.....fruits only in the morning and lots of veggies. and then some organic protein.and good fats (avacados, walnuts)...however the doc has me on this detox multi vitamin and other herbs while im cleansing so i dont know.,......I just wanna get my liver functioning goo ...

I have been taking 1500mg of malic acid with magnesium to soften stones before I actually flush but it is breaking my skin out sooo bad. I have never had that reaction to apple cider vinegar. Can anyone tell me if ACV does a good job of softening the liver and gallbaldder stones before a flush if taken 3x a day with meals!... Thanks   [End]
