i took it out! i was so scared. i’m such a weenie. you were right though, i didnt think it was coming out, but there it was in my hand. i couldnt feel a thing. i can feel some tiny little cramps now, not even as bad as menstrual cramps. i’m so happy the damned thing is gone!!   [End]
