I did juice fasting before and I think it all varies individuals to individuals. I had trouble moving my bowel after a day on juice fasting. I guess I needed some fibers or something solid to help move my bowel. Also, I drink beet exracted juice with carrots, ginger, apple time to time and everytime when I drink that juice I have trouble moving bowels so I guess beet is not compatible with my bowel? or maybe I need to take something to bind the toxins that released by drinking the beet juice. Yea the weight isn’t relavant to the issue we are having. Since I’m fairly underweight, too. My weight is 130 pounds and I’m 5’11. Hey mary so uve been taking betaine and I guess it did not work? hmmm wut kinda betaine did u take exactly which brand n wut form(liquid/pill/capsule) wus it in? and how long did u take those for how often? sorry for so many question because I thought that I was gonna try taking betaine as a last resort seeing that it’s not working is kinda shock to me so please bare wit me p.s. Well everyone is different I never had problems going bathroom...I think it is kinda related to stress. And everyone is diff how their body reacts to stress n I think I do not produce enough digestive enzymes and acids from my stomach but bowel movement is not affected for me. so taking supplements definately helps and I also try to avoid dairy products for my diet.   [End]

well I’ve been searching through internet recently regarding the fbo extensively and I came to the similar conculusion as yours. I don’t think your advice is weird. I think that your realization would work if there is a certain way to ignore those concerns.
