Orally I took the castor oil with grapefruit juice. It went down pretty easy. I started drinking warm water half hour after. I sliced 3 slivers of fresh ginger root, as I anticipated nausea. There is no need to use anything other than white distilled vinegar. I had fungus so bad that several nails were almost completely detached.
