I’ve done what you have, but not exact 7 day, I’ve done 5, 8, 6, 9, 9, 20, 4, etc etc.
1 meal and back into the next fast.
I also would eat pretty high protein and fat with low carbs to stay ketogenic.
Its very very effective for weight loss, but maybe not that powerful as a cleanse.
Also IMHO the target you have set for yourself may be not the target your body needs. I started with various targets but as I ran to and past the target, I just realized there was still on board fat and my target should have been lower.
