The problem is they don’t give you enough probiotics in the capsules. To be effective you’d have to eat almost a jar full of theprobiotics every day... The only solution is to ”grow” or ”brew” your own probiotics in a medium like Kefir or yoghurt. Agreed, Kefirized Soy, Almond, and Coconut milk is not self-propagating and the Kefir grains must be returned to real milk every other generation, or else it starts to lose some of it’s micro=flora. it is still a good strategy for people who are totally lactose/casein sensitive/intolerant/allergic in order to get the benefits of a pro-biotic micro-flora drink. I have heard of people making kefir and yoghurt from organic and store bought cow’s and goat’s milk, soy milk, almond milk, coconut milk, all of these items can be found at most health food stores and many supermarkets as well. I guess if you really wanted to to go to such lengths, one could spend a whole lot of time , money and energy doing lab tests. My primary interest is to recover from Candidiasis as simply, as quickly, as effectively, and as economically as possible. Absolutely correct! I noticed that l.bulgaricus tended to totally dominate after 3 generations. Hence this strategy doesn’t really make a totally self-propagating self regulating, sustainable probiotic. You have to reset the balance every second generation. However I did achieve the result that I wanted, which was to produce mega quantities of the probiotics that I needed. I simply add the supplements every other batch. You’re looking at pretty much the right sort of stuff, but IMHO most suppliers don’t provide these supplements in sufficient volume to really be of any use... For example, you need at least half a bulb of FRESH, crushed, raw garlic per day to be of any use... For acidophilus/bifidus probiotics etc.. you need at least half a cup per day... I agree with you that using Coca-Cola and asparagus sounds a little over the top, but the principle of first using a strong acid to dissolve the kidney stones followed by using a good diuretic and then flushing your kidneys with lots of distilled water makes good sense to me. I think the active ingredient in the coke is phosphoric acid and I suspect he hope is that the asparagus will act as a diuretic.. I would assume that (ortho)phospphoric acid it should work but Why drink coke!!! all that sugar & caffeine etc...why not just buy orthophosphoric acid from the health food store... ...

Liver Flush #4 Success Liver Flush #4. Almost standard Andreas Moritz LF. Except at 9:30pm after 2nd Epsom Salts did water enema and a coffee enema held in the coffee for 15 minutes. Olive oil and Grapefruit juice. Also drank 16 oz distilled water with ”Emergen-C, Lite” to replace electolytes, and prevent dehydration. Also took Vit. I’ve done three flushes to date. The first two went without a hitch. For the first two flushes there were no side effects other than the toxic headache, hungover feeling the morning after I drank the epson salts and olive oil/GF juice, which soon I got rid of with a quick water and coffee enema. The third flush was the largest which revealed between 150+ and 250+ stones and chaff. Coach Needed Hiyah Gang: I finished my one month kidney cleanse a week or so ago, and I’ve been drinking two glasses of 1 gram food grade malic acid dissolved in distilled water for over 1 week, and I’ll be starting the Fast tonight so that the third day of the fast will be on Saturday....
