Thanks for the tips, I’ll try meditation - perhaps, empty my cup so to speak.  Working nights messes up my circadian rhythm, I’ll flop from sleeping at night to day while working. Ran out of Vit. C, but doing everything else. Maybe the missing C is messing stuff up? Will try hikes/walks and see how it works out. Salt initially worked for rest, but there’s obviously other factors that prevent it.   I think it’s a combo of messed up circadian + stress, my body has difficulty turning OFF quickly and getting that deep, healing rest.   [End]

It was going well doing salt pushes, but it’s been kind of weird lately. I’d do the 1/4 to 3/8 tsp of salt in 1/2 cup warm water, then drink a tall glass of water.
