I just completed my third flush using the Clark protocol. I’ve been spacing my flushes every other weekend. I thought it was an allergic reaction initially but decided to stick with it. I can’t remember the last time I felt that bad. I’ve been taking a colon cleanser along with humaworm for the past 4 days. I take the colon cleanser at night and try to have a bm before I take my humaworm in the morning. Unfortunately, this hasn’t been happening. Basically I take my humaworm in the morning and will have to go within 10 mins. I’ll be turning 26 in a few months and have noticed some severe changes with my hair in the last year. I’m using the maximum recommended dosage per day and having approx. 3-4 bowel movements each day. I’ve had a few cramps here and there but nothing that couldn’t be relieved by going to the washroom. Sorry I should’ve been more specific. It’s a colon and parasite cleanse. I don’t think the parasite killing part is as strong as something like Humaworm since it is a combination product(just one capsule to do both jobs although I’m up to 6 a night now). I just started a colon cleanse with a product called Bowtrol and am wondering if I should bother taking Probiotics and vitamins at the same time. Would these just get flushed out? In the past(no Bowtrol), I usually take my probiotics after my bowel movements in the morning.
