I did exactly the same thing as you. I started with OO capsules which I weighed at about 800mg but then started to mix bigger quantities into water. I used ground cloves, wormwood, wallnut hull, garlic powder, cayenne powder, fennel powder, ginger powder, oregano oil etc. The capsules don’t fit much and it takes time to fill them. I learned not to be too fussy about weights as there’s no magic ratio or weight that works. Just keep the bowels clean, avoid processed foods, and take strong doses of the right herbs 2 - 3 times a day before meals for about a month at a time, 3 - 4 t ...
