Ive done ACV enemas, and they are great about killing candida. But just use a little bit of caution as it can cause problems. I find that fresh garlic water that has been broiled in water and then strained is much more effective in killing candida and parasites. Even after the enema it will continue to kill candida and ”little friends” for several days.   [End]

Looks like a rope worm. A new kind of parasite that nobody knows much about but a whole bunch of people have. They are masters of disguise. Very difficult to see in the stool. Very difficult to kill via diet unless you do a water fast or some crazy kind of garlic fast. Mostly come out of enemas.
