well i think i started oil pulling too late for it to make a difference, plus my molar was cracked, so it had to come out. i have not oil pulled consistently for a long period of time to really be able to say how much difference it would make - but i remember that when i oil pulled, my mouth felt so noticeably ”clean”... and when i stopped oil pulling, no amount of brushing etc. made me feel the same level of cleanliness, so that’s why i would like to go back to oil pulling. how do you feel after oil pulling for 2 months?   [End]

I find that article not only misleading but also a bit dangerous, because it doesn’t address the issue of ”proper elimination” during the fast (via swf and tea) nor that of ”breaking” the fast... after the 5 days if you go right back to eating like you always did, you would end up gaining back the 5 and then some (cos your metabolism would’ve slowed down) !! and you would end up with more toxins in your system than you started off with!!   [End]

hey LOAfan ! it’s a great thing when MC is so easy... mine has been a breeze so far as well.... in fact all my MCs have been like that -- except for the hunger and missing food... i always take in extra spoonfuls of maple syrup too and that does wonders! btw, i’m normally slightly underweight (100 lbs) and during this MC i haven’t lost any weight so far!! though during my previous ones (when I was more ill) i did lose about 3-4 pounds.... yes... actually i met Somer when i was doing my first MC -- it was she who encouraged me to end it after 22 days when i started to experience what i can only describe as ”deep hunger”.... she understood what it was, and said it was best to end it, especially since i was so underweight at the time. hello seunim... this is the third day of my third MC.... :-) first time i did it for 22 days to get rid of a nasty cough (successful) second time i did it for 10 days cos i was so stressed out (illness in the family) that i could not digest anything now i’m trying to treat a sudden and totally nasty case of acne breakout in the face -- done everything else for 2 months and i’m ”managing” it at best-- every day it’s a new bunch of cysts that spring up :-( !! i’ve also done about 22 liver flushes in the past 3 years... got sooooo much gunk out...!! Cramping is totally normal with smooth move tea....! i get it all the time! if the cramping is unbearable you can make the tea less strong i think! as for SWF i think you just need to finish it wihin 15 minutes or so.... dont have to gulp it down all at once :-)   [End]

also depending on your body type, it’s all different, but my friend who is 6 ft tall weighs 150 and he looks good.... i have another friend who is like 6 1 and he weighs 130... and he’s been that way all his life and he is very healthy.... for me 5 11 and 148 doesn’t sound TOO bad.... perhaps if you take extra maple syrup from now on u wouldn’t lose any more weight? i’m 5 4 and 100 -- when i mastercleanse i go down to 95 -- even 92/91 -- i usually take lots of extra maple syrup when i got down that low to maintain it at 94/95 anyway, i always come right back up to where i was afte ...

i think you will get very good results with your runny nose problem with MC -- the first time i did it, it was because of a nagging cough that just won’t go away! After 10 days it did go away, but i felt so good i went 12 days more! after the 22 days though i just started getting too hungry.... :-( started to get this ”deep hunger” and was told by more experienced MCers that getting that deep hunger (as opposed to regular hunger pangs that you get when you first start the MC) meant that it was time to break the MC. I’m back for my third round of MC cos of this sudden/severe ACNE proble ...

hello plasticat....! fellow-thin person!! about 2 years ago i did MC because i was really sick and suffered from persistent coughing.... i had all sorts of health problems and i was also VERY THIN... under 100 pounds! so i was reluctant about starting the MC same as you.... but i was able to do the MC for 22 days! withotu losing TOO MUCH weight... (i managed to stay around 93-94 by taking a lot of extra maple syrup, and drinking more lemonade-- around 11-12 glasses per day at the time MC was wonderful -- gave me a lot of energy and my coughing went away! wow u actually released liver stones during the MC last time? i heard that MC can create liver stones so u should do a liver flush before and after an MC ....
