My boyfriend gets hemorrhoids and he has the same consistency as you. If you spend a lot of time reading on the toilet, this is most likely a contributing factor. Keep time on seat to a minimum :)   [End]

I can barely believe it! I had been suffering year round with horrible allergies. I couldn’t sleep due to mucous and itching, had horrible sneezing and itchy eyes. Had reactions to many things including my pets, even being outdoors. I happened to see the documentary, ’Earthlings’ and immediately became vegan due to the awful imagery in this doc and the new understanding of where our food comes from and aided by the images, 4 months later....I am totally allergy free and it is WONDERFUL!!!!!!! I am so sorry! How awful! The only thing that gives me a little relief is eating raw foods, avoiding meat and bread. There are chinese herbs one can buy that help but i have yet to have found anything to completely get rid of them. It’s a hard area to take care of as things are constantly exiting... If you are strong enough, I would suggest a juice fast for as long as you can. I managed to do this for 5 days and it helped greatly, however intend to try to do at least two weeks, preferably more. in order for that area to heal, you have to give it a break. lots of greens, celery, ginger etc ...

Ok...I have been suffering for 9 months and this is the only thing that I can find to give some relief- I’ve tried so many things and this has been the best. Raw foods diet which helps to make stools passable....mixed with juice fasts/ lemonade cleanse (cayenne helps to stop bleeding- u can feel immediate difference). A chinese herbal product called Fargelin. Extra strength is best.(try ebay) alum dissolved in water which you can apply internally(stops bleeding). Also Cranesbill herb which you can also apply internally. Occasional cayenne pepper enemas. Burns for about 20 mins then b ...

Well that is awesome- glad it is having such a positive change on how you feel! I did it for a week and felt some shifts in my body and mind- i experienced some of the same things you have- but then went back to square one and so stopped doing it. i will pick it back up again. it is just so hard to believe it will feel better when you go through the ’crisis’ period. Hi So i have been trying this therapy for a few days now....and have noticed some interesting things happen... first of all, as other people seem to find, my mood has been soooo much better than it usually is.
