Obviously~not much change yet...but if I take the caps before bedtime or lay down after taking them I get an intense burning exactly like acid reflux...and my skin is the worst ever!!!! I am embarrassed to go out, but I am not going to cake on makeup to hide it either...so on with the mission at hand!!:) ...any comments?? I have never really allowed my children to drink soda...they like the taste but feel sick to their tummies after they drink it (at birthdays and such normally). They tend to eat well just picky with veggies and such...raw fruit juices are a good idea. I am generally freaked out (respectfully of course) to many of the posts from all of you...glaxony especially. Are we all at risk on such a high level?? I do not do any over seas traveling in fact I am never outside of the country. I am not an adventurous eater I stick to the basics and I never eat raw fish or undercooked meat.
