Well it is almost 1am and I just finished a online test for school. Today was busy. Wake up at 6ish, work, go to a friends volleyball game, then homework/test.
I juiced all day and ate one banana, carrots w/ 1/4 cup mashed avacado w/tomatoe’s and a handful of nuts again. And a few tbsp of ground flaxseed.
I felt pretty weak and out of it today. Wondering why I am feeling that way. I figured if I’m eating nuts for protien, avacado for a good fat, and ground flaxseed for fiber, i should be good right?
Well hopefully tomorrow I will feel more alert.
