Anyone see anything odd in this stool? I've been on a Candida/Bowel clense here for 2 weeks now, only 2 more to go and the last 12 days will be water/lemon juice. Each morning I have constipation, due to lack of food intake. My diet during cleanse is leafy greens, almonds, homemade garlic guacamole, and steak. This is my second morning stool. Anything look irregular in here? I'm trying to reset my gut during this 30 day cleanse. I plan on using Psyllium Husk and Bentonite Clay when I start the last phase (water/lemon juice) along with Slippery Elm and Marshmellow Root for healing my gut lining. Any advice?
