Dear Liora,
I’m writing to let you know that I am starting to see private clients and also teaching classes on Ancestor Work. And I am asking for your help in getting the word out.
I am available to private clients for spiritual counseling, healing work, divination and an inner guidance process I have developed that I call Star Maps.
I am also offering a weekly class – Stories on the Way Home – where we will explore the stories of our ancestral lineages as spiritual events that call for consciousness and healing. The day and time will depend on the needs of those who are interested in the work.
My recent journey to Ireland , the land of my mother’s people, involved working with family and ancestral stories. In the years before the journey, I spoke about “going home” to this place I had never been. Once there, I found that home was not only a place but a state of mind and a practice.
To be “at home” within the difficult stories, challenges and joys of our ancestral connections and wisdom ways, and to allow ourselves to carry and serve our heritage, is a path of profound peacemaking, alliance with land and an offering to the future.
Likewise, the Star Map is a multi-dimensional process that can lead to a new vision of the work one is being called to do in the world. It is a visual examination of the field of events and people of one’s life; the training those events have provided often reveals unexpected connections and paths. This exploration opens a new perception of the possibilities of alignment and alliance in one’s life that are at the heart of the personal path, one that meets both the longings of the soul and the consciousness and vision necessary to create a sustainable future for all beings
As you may know, I spent many years tracking the world of stories as a journalist working for newspapers, wire services and radio. Surprisingly, this has prepared for the work of tracking the deep spirit soul stories that we depend upon for our health and well being. I am a published poet and writer and have worked in literary publishing. I have studied writing and healing with Deena Metzger for nearly 20 years and have spent the past five years as her apprentice and assistant learning the ways of compassion and community building. I am also one of the original members of the Topanga Blue Flag Dare’, a multi-faith spiritual community that practices the ways of council, dream work, story, sound and energy healing.
All of these experiences call me to this moment to ally with others to meet the grace of the unexpected. My hope and intent is to use the skills I have developed in tracking individual and collective stories and the wisdom inherent in ancestral legacies to help illuminate the transformative possibilities of insight and healing.

| When I died... there were no ancestors that waited for me...since my return i have two souls that are stronger in my circle of ancestors.... I sense some souls that I don't know and a german WWII pilot I may have been or borrowed a window into his life review... a host of angels... I also have a sense that I was a murderer in my previous life...a murderer in the game of war...and why would anyone want to stand by me in this life...serious karma...but somehow I am blessed for a life in the future...I don't get it but I am just saying what my soul says...anyway... I feel this ancestor stuff may be a key to finding our A pLAN....
