Ok, so I am very upset at myself. I went off this weekend and ate like a cow. I am paying the price this week so I am attempting to go back to where I was and start ALL over. I will be doing the liquid diet for the next 30 days again. This is officially day one.

Current weight 165 (yes I gained a few back)
    goal weight 140-145

      Hi!

I have to say you're one tough nut, you!
This diet you're doing isn't really a fast, it's a super-sadistic diet, and I don't mean that in a bad way. You've must have been very very determined to go on for so long with such a tough routine! Good on ya!
The only thing is that when doing a fast,

      1) You can NOT eat ANYTHING solid during ANY phase of the official fast. Also, breaking off the fast needs to be done very slowly and carefully over the course of 7 days or so, and after the fast - if you have any respect for all of your hard effort - you do NOT get back into all that unhealthy stuff, ever. You don't want to ruin everything by binging. No exeption.

      2) You must do the colonics! This cannot be stressed enough! No smooth-move tea in artificial essences or any flush will do the same trick! If you don't flush yourself with colonics every single day of the fast your deprived body will start using again the waste material stuck in your colon, and that's when you start getting all these delicious side effects such as those terrible cravings, bloatedness, headaches, flu symptoms, bad skin... The way you're doing this right now is the hard way! (I'm not going to say the wrong way, though, since it's your diet, and I believe you've done some research beforehand, planning this in some manner.)

      3) In a proper, carefully executed fast the use of sugar, salt, honey, artificial sweeteners and fibre is strictly prohibited, for your own good! If one keeps on consuming these things they only make it heaps harder for themselves! So the idea is not to become some sort of a superior self-controller but rather a wise dieter who goes through such a dramatic plan in a healthy and relatively painless manner.

I recommend you to get familiar with other 30-day fast blogs here on Curezone, and also research more information on fasts online. If you need it, I can find you my personal introduction on fasting which I gathered together both months before my first fast and after experiencing the first and second of those!

I'm just about to start my own 28-day juice fast, and will go about it with strict guidelines. I'd love to be of mental online support, if you need it!

      Good luck!

      Jo
