It is good to see that you seek the truth! 

 Many people seem to avoid the truth because it does not suit their wants and wishes, or at least that is what they have come to think!

 First let me say I am not anywhere near perfect, only want to seek the Truth in all things...

 As you noted God did not move;  we (most of mankind) just are not interested in finding HIM!

  Thanks for your concern and desire to seek HIS face, because with out Faith it is Impossible to please God!
