HOSPITAL & CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES TERRORIZE FAMILY WHILE JUDGE IGNORES THE LAW AND FORCIBLY VACCINATES A NEWBORN
On the afternoon of April 2, 2003, a young couple in Grand Junction, Colorado, was celebrating the birth of their first child. Their hopes and dreams for the future lay in this healthy baby girl. The next night, they were fighting for the life of the newborn. Had a crippling disease or congenital deformity been discovered? No, they are defending their innocent, healthy newborn from the threats of reckless endangerment coming from the staff and doctors of St. Mary's Hospital, social workers, Mesa County Department of Human Services (MCDHS), an onslaught of attorneys, and a district judge. Individuals and entities that were sworn to save lives, and adhere to the "law" were the threat
After being pressured to "consent" to a Hepatitis B inoculation for the baby, by hospital staff, and neonatologist, Dr. Noel Carrasco, treating physician for the baby, the parents stood firm and said "NO". The parents have a strong religious conviction they adhere to, holding vaccination against God's laws. They are also very knowledgeable as to the many serious dangers of vaccinations that can be disabling or life threatening. The doctor called in hospital social service worker, Joni Vohs, who then proceeded to threaten the parents with the loss of their baby if they did not comply with the initial and subsequent shots. The parents could not in good conscience comply.
Social services and the administration of St. Mary's hospital, headed by Bob Ladenburger, CEO and President, called in attorneys, who then pressured District Judge Charles Buss to have an "emergency" meeting that night (after hours). The reason: "medical emergency", meaning the child's life was in "imminent danger" if inoculation did not occur immediately. This was all based on an erroneous and highly inaccurate 'screening' test for Hepatitis B on the birth mother that flagged positive. These screening tests have up to a 75% false-positive rate. A "hearing" was held at the hospital, for which the child's family had 15 minutes notice. Due Process was not followed; the family had no time to obtain competent legal help or expert witnesses. A panel of 10 faced the family, including the judge, 4 attorneys, social workers, hospital administrators, and the doctor. The "judge" ignored the pleas for second opinions and subsequent blood tests on the birth mother. A unilateral arbitrary decision was made to inoculate the child immediately, in violation of existing state law and the civil liberties of the parents. In addition to the harmful shot administered to the 1 day old infant, the child was put into "protective supervision" of the MCDHS (MESA COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES) to protect the "child's best interests".
Is a hospital a place that administers "health" care, or is it a place where you can loose your rights (and even your children), and be subjected to extreme health risks by the administration of vaccinations proven to be dangerous? From what I have learned this past week, hospitals can be an extreme health risk, and the courts will not protect you from them. They violate existing law and strip you of your God-given rights protected by the Constitution and law. My eyes have been opened, and my views forever changed. Oh, I forgot to mention, 4 days later a negative blood test came back on the mother.

Recent actions: MCDHS sent a memo to the county attorney, stating that the charges against the parents were unfounded, recommending they be dismissed. On April 10, the county attorney made a motion that judge's order against the parents be dismissed. On April 17, 2003 the judge ruled all orders of the court to be dismissed, including Dependency and Neglect and Protective Supervision.
What now? Countless people in America are alarmed that this scenario could take place in our country. Do we really live in the "Land of the Free"? We never thought this could happen to us, yet we are learning that it is happening to others around the country as well. Your child or grandchild could be next. The more that parental responsibilities and rights are usurped, the more we lose them, until they are all gone. We only have the freedoms we are willing to fight for. If we don't do something now, the ability to protect our children will soon be lost. Will you help protect freedom in America: the right to protect and raise our children according to dictates of our conscience?

but we do have some sort of letter on file about the child's health and I believe there is a waiver of some sort- I am in development, not admissions, so my knowledge is not 100%. I do know with my children they were required to have an immunization record to be enrolled. I also remember that my son, and occasionally-my daughter (breast fed) got very ill from vaccinations!
My son got the chicken pox from a "dead" virus vaccination, hmmm?
