I am passing on this very important letter.
This time the medical cabal (cancer industry) is needlesly torturing a young girl. This again proves that you are not free in America. Will you speak up on her behalf?
Katie says:
"I am 12 years old and in the 7th grade at Banquette Jr High School. I am a straight A student. I can't attend school now because of my chemo treatments for the cancer. I miss all my friends there."

Dear Linda:
Thank you for your email, concern, and prayers for Katie Wernecke, my daughter. I am sure she would have liked to reply to most of you herself, but CPS has taken her computer away. CPS continues to wage the war against my family and Katie. CPS continues to spin its lies in the media. I think most of you understand that this is a battle for parent's rights to choose the medical care for their children. It is my child today, but may be yours tomorrow. We are fighting for the rights of parents everywhere.
Let me tell you it will be difficult to win in court. Let me tell you it will be difficult to win against the doctors. Even if the doctors don't find another cancer cell in her body, they will still recommend radiation treatment. That should be the parent's choice. There are many alternative treatments available that work and are much safer. We don't want the doctors and the state forcing a treatment on Katie. Katie understands everything and CPS has tried to "brainwash her to accept the radiation treatments". CPS has kept her parents from talking to her about the treatments and monitor all conversations by phone, email, and in person in the hospital. Even after all of this brainwashing, Katie has whispered to me, during a kiss, that she does not want the radiation treatments. I, as her father, have been denied free visitation with Katie in the hospital without CPS agent, Stella Klein being there, and I can't stay over night. I have been denied access to her medical record
...and read the latest on the 6 needle biopsies that were negative. A more invasive biopsy was done last Thursday and preliminary findings were also negative for cancer. In this operation, the doctor cut a 5 inch slit between her ribs and stuck her hand in to remove the whole thymus gland. In doing this procedure the doctors collapsed her left lung. Katie was running a fever and is in severe pain and has difficulty breathing after the operation. The thymus gland did not need to be removed; they only needed a small tissue sample to see if there was any cancer present. This was excessive, drastic, and very unprofessional. How much more does Katie have to endure? When is enough, enough? Will they not stop till they kill her? Please help Katie.
As I see it, we can only win the war outside of the courts with public opinion and pressure put on our political leaders in the US and especially in Texas.
Here is where Katie needs your help NOW. If the samples taken come back negative next week we have some chance of getting her out. We need you to write the people below IMMEDIATIELY and demand that Katie be released and returned to her parents and that CPS clear all records of the Wernecke and agree to leave them alone. Then we must all fight to get new laws passed so that this can't happen to anyone else, especially your kids.

greg.abbott@oag.state.tx.us and tell them how upset you are about CPS taking Katie Wernecke, a cancer victim, out of the home and away from her family and for CPS and the State refusing to let the parents make informed medical decisions for their child. Tell them you are unhappy how CPS abuses its power, as shown by taking all the children out of the home, and that you demand a full investigation of CPS. Call the office of the Texas Attorney General and ask to speak to Gregg Abbott at: (512) 463-2100 and tell him how you feel. You may not get through personally, but keep his phone ringing.

Looking up the names above I am sure you can find the phone numbers and email addresses of the senators and speakers and representatives above. Letters are probably the most effective, followed by calls, and then emails. Emails are the easiest and fastest. Please do all you have time for as this is so important and the battle is for our children and our rights to choose the medical care for our children.
This is very important for everyone in Texas. Everyone in Texas must contact his district state representatives. Every Texas house representative and Texas senator must hear from you in your district. We must have a new law passed that protects parent's rights to make informed medical decisions for their children. Let them know how you feel.
For this to work I need you to forward this email to everyone on your email list. I can only reach about 100 of those who emailed Katie and showed an interest. We need to reach at least 100,000 people. You are Katie's front line of defense and she is depending on you to get the word out. Please send a letter to each address shown above and write, call, and email the Texas Attorney General everyday, till he can't stand it anymore, and we get some action.

In regards to your comment about freedom: Freedom is relative!
Some would say that a total anarchy is freedom (not me). Freedom can’t stand on its own, it has to be compared to something else. Fore example, the U.S is more free than China, Mexico or Korea.
