astragalus is a great herb to help with adrenal fatique, you may want to pick some up. you can make a tea with it along with some licorice, and maybe some cinnamon and nutmeg.
also a kidney cleanse is always a good idea when dealing with adrenal issues as the adrenals sit on top of the kidneys and if one if stressed the other usually is also.

| Strangley, I have been reading your forum since I started looking for testimonials on the Ocean Plasma. Every time I read it, I only hope that something is working for you. Although, I was wondering if you were still taking the primal defense? I just read your new posting (rice in urine) which as you know means that your intestines are not doing their job. I just wanted to urge you to go back to the primal defense, or gradually increase your dosage (I know, I know, it is expensive). It just has such amazing healing properties for the gut, I don't see how you can be doing wrong. I know it works because I used to suffer from constipation very often. I went through one 90 capsule bottle (increasing 1 day every 5 days), and I no longer need laxitives. I can eat cheese. I can drink milk without the gaseous side effects. I am a big advocate for this probiotic b/c it is the only one that has ever done it's job. Good luck, and I will keep checking in to see how you are doing. God bless.

I've thought about going back on Primal Defense. I really love the brand and acidophillus was my first major discovery of a product that helped my digestive problems years back.
The problem with most good products, or any rememdy, is that they start with a bang and end with a wimper(showing instant wonderful effect to begin with and as time passes, showing hardly any affect at all). Why do you think that is? Do you think the body has become accustomed to the remedy, or that the body is getting worse and cosistently requires more remedies and greater sacrifice in order to continue to heal?
Sometimes I eat rice and I don't get any rice floaties in my urine. Occasionally I do, as if there is another underlying cause for this to happen. I hope continued use of UT will heal my intestines.
I feel as though I need to build an ever-increasing arsinal of remedies and healthy foods. LOL. It seems like I am so close though and that if I find just one more really good "hidden secret", I will get to the point where my army of homeopathic remedies are just too powerful for the monster(dis-ease) to defeat.
I will look into buying some Primal Defense soon, when I can afford it. Thank you for your post! :) I sincerely do appreciate your advice.

I have taken your good advice and bought some Primal Defense Acidophillus. I've always taken the pills, so this time I've decided to try the powder.
