    It's easy to get lulled into a false sense of security while on the beck protocol. That basically stems from the fact that you at least feel like you have a little sense of control. There is also a lot in this website that peripherally points to the success of the Beck Protocal. I've been on the beck protocol for almost 9 months now and still going strong. I have to say, I still have my doubts. Fortunately, the one gift you get with HIV is time.

    My doubts?
    Where are all the testimonials?
    Beck reported complete remission in 4 weeks! He shied away from the "cure" word but certainly alluded to it. What am I doing wrong?
    The Beck Papers? Never seen 'em, can't find 'em. Supposedly documented testimonials.
    Beck vs. Cancer? Proof? Same issue.

    I'm not looking for double blind...I'm not the FDA. There just seems to be a LOT of people who know heck of a lot about the beck protocol and who have NEVER USED IT. Everybody reporting results reports "feeling" better. Go to the doctor and get the measurements! It's my failing too! I promise to do better. Why? Because with a measurement, you can respond. Without it...you're running blindly. If you've got insurance use your doctors. (I'm preaching to myself).

    Anyway, off my soap box. Since my first test after being on the beck protocol (after 6 months) I have increased the "dosage" of almost every aspect. I still pulse only 20 minutes a day but sometimes I will add another "round". I've doubled the CS to 16 ounces a day. I get much more ozonated water in a day. I bought a water cooler for the house and ozonate everytime I get a glass of water (spring water); 40-60 oz./day. I've boosted the zapper considerably. There are nights when I sleep with it on for anywhere between 4 and 8 hours. This lately has been happening 2-3 nights a week. (there is increasing wrist irritation when doing this but it's manageable).

    Other than that, here's some other stuff I've done.
    1. I again signed up for the gym. After a 5 month layoff...I've let myself go in the last 4 months more than I have in the last 4 years. I can't stand it anymore. I haven't gained any weight (or lost any) but I've sure softened.

    For me, the gym is a mindset. When I go, the rest of my regimen falls into place. I eat better, get better sleep and on and on. (my intention was to find cardio and physical outside the gym this summer but I have a hard time with the discipline of exercise if I don't schedule gym time...lesson learned).

    2. I've been cycling a bit. I can't run because I've been getting heel pain (not HIV related). I'll have to build up to the running again (I really miss it). I plan on filling in with the elipical until I can run.

    3. I'm considering nebulizing dilute peroxide (2-3% foodgrade). I've done it a couple of time just to see if there were any ill effects (there were none) but I haven't done it consistently. I've done some preliminary research and it's generally favorable with some pre-cautions. I've had chronic upper chest congestion (but mild) and intend to try this to get rid of it. Along the same lines I BOUGHT AN SPO device to measure oxygen in the blood. Beck mentions the ability of ozonated water to raise the level of saturated oxygen in the blood stream to 100%. To my surprise, mine reads 99% fairly consistently. This has raised another source of doubt about the Beck Protocol. I'll reserve judgement here though. (I initally questioned the unit but have contacted the manufacturer and the unit gets a clean bill of health.)

    4. I've done a complete parasite cleanse and liver flush (my third liver flush, my first parasite cleanse). I plan on one every two months. I can't really talk much about the "feeling" of the results but I can say this. Bowel moverments are regular and firm. No HIV related Diarrhea...none nada. I've never really had a major problem but I can say that my elimination systems seem more "normal". Sorry but that's another non-quantified feeling.

    Anyway...enough blabbing for the day.

    Summary.

    1. Beck length of time is 9 months
    2. Beck increased dosage since February 2005
    3. Have not had a test since I increased dosage.
    4. Goals to increase testing and response to testing.

    To all those reading this...be cool. Thanks for checking in. Please excuse this blog if some times it strays from strict Beck analysis. This will be a good venue to get how I'm feeling emotionally on the table. Right now by the way...I'm feeling great!

      Quite simply pulsing for just 20 minutes is not enough it should be 2 hours strictly a day for 180 hours and the last 48 hrs should be continuous just prior to any test. If you have a test on wednesday at 12:00 you would pulse 11:00 monday all the way through to around 11:00 on Wednesday. Ozone should be taken 5-8 times a day. There no doubt that Beck's program and pulsing works and its helped people here with Epstein Barr and Mycoplasma (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome).

      Again falling into the HIV trap and believing in these so-called wonderful tests like the pcr is a deadly ground to be in. Pcr tests are so inaccurate, it takes at least 100,000 viral load for there to be a maximum 1 virus particle and they shouldn't be used to screen for HIV as stated by the actual manufacturers. So many people panic when they have a 30,000/50,000 etc and its absolutely nothing. They forget that the test does not distinguish and it will increase if you catch a cold or virus which especially these days is a common thing. Chemtrails constantly above us make pcr tests a pain. This is why a VERY strict routine right up to taking one of these pathetic tests should be done because if you've got a test which don't distinguish and certainly over magnifys with false mathematics as in the pcr from HO then its going to be mighty hard to grab a Zer0 on that.

      Again HIV is a dodgy subject because its certainly not anything to do with a virus and more to do with Proteins, certainly not a r.virus. HIV still hasn't been isolated regardless of a couple of poor pictures and rewards are still out for its isolation. Its all a bleeding con and people are falling for it hook link and sinker.

      For godsake study up properly on this subject and leave the medical indoctrination behind else you'll panic, worry yourself into a box and give yourself the problems your mind thinks should occur. Anyone who knows about the holotropic mind will tell you that its easy enough to fool yourself into these fake symptoms and death just with the mind, hypnotherapy is a good example but this time its you more than a 3rd party person inducing the effects.

      Read sites like VirusMyth etc and if your still in this frame of thinking then I feel sorry for you because theres simply no hope especially with fraudulent, unreliable tests that magnify incorrectly.

        Just to clarify...when I say pulsing I mean with the Sota Magnetic Pulser. I doubt your recommendending two hours on the magnetic pulser and then 48 hours straight.

        Regarding your advice to zap 2 hours strictly a day for 180 hours total, I've been zapping for 2 hours a day for the last six months (as stated in this blog). Only recently have I increased this amount, at times even sleeping with the zapper on for 6-8 hours (as much as 2-3 times per week).

        I don't have Epstein Barr and Mycoplasma (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) so no need to comment there other than to say...again show me the facts?

        Also, I hardly call this blog a "medical indoctrination". I do advise the use of doctors for medical TESTING. That doesn't mean you have to follow every ounce of your doctors advice. HIV and viral load tests aren't perfect...granted. But if chemtrails were the cause everybody would show a positive viral load and I'm assuming the number would be somewhat random. My tests are trending upward. My partner's test is always ZERO. We go at the same time. We live together, we eat the same food and breathe the same chemtrail ridden air. Only I show a positively increasing viral load.

      You don't weem to mention anything about using a Magnetic Pulse Generator. http://shop.toolsforhealing.com/Magnetic_Pulser_MPG5_p/st-mpg5.htm

      Without it you are not really doing the Beck Protocol. To get rid of Aids you have to use it.

      For excersise you should imediatly swith to this. The bench press destroys the shoulder. The Squat destroys the back. Free weights make you sore with counterfit muscles.

        Iguess upon closer reading you pulse 20 minutes a day.

        Never the less the workout I'm talking about is superior to going to the gym. by the time you go through all of the red tape of driving to the gym, dressing etc, you would have been done with 2 furey workouts. Plus you are getting true functional strengh, stamina and flexbility.

        I follow the beck protocol with ALL of the regimens including the magnetic pulser.

        Your comments on exercise seem less than informed though. Muscles produced by using free weights are not "counterfit" and they don't make you sore. Free weights including squats, done correctly are almost always beneficial unless you have a debilitating condition that limits your range of motion. I generally opt for using free weight machines because of the convenience but still I don't experience the things you say because I know what I am doing. A good trainer and correct form will fix issues that you associate generically with free weight training.
