Why do I have no willpower?
Why am I unable to stick to a raw diet?
I've been so down and depressed and resigned to the fact that I'm never going to succeed in this that I've just given up.
Given up my exercise, given up my diet, given up my meditation, everything.
Instead, I've just been carrying out food the last few days, vegetating in fronnt of the tv. I haven't even tried to wake up early and go for walks, or even weighed myself in over a week. Before I used to check my weight almost everyday!
I don't know why I suddenly gave up, I can't seem to think of a reason. I was very enthusiastic about the diet and it seemed to be working for me, but suddenly all my positive thoughts fizzled. I have no idea why.
I just realized I've reached almost the one-month mark since the start of this blog, and I'm back to square one. Nothing to show for my time.
If there was a diet 911 then I'd be calling it instantly. But I have no idea how to get back on track, other than mentally focussing all my energy and time struggling to stay afloat.

judgement of too much weight in frontal action, Continue to do the best you can and DO not beat yourself up- Know that your higher God presence is trying to show you something and it is not failure! You are being shown by your instinct another way to do it- aless severe way to do it...It may take several attempts to get it right for you- Or you can throw away the modern precepts of a diet and learn to eat from your intuition- Something is emotionally bothering me when I overeat- and that, in my case, is what I need to look at- The food, Like alcoholism (?), is just the symptom. If you make it about the food you are in a death grip struggle with the symptom, and not the feeling that is driving the behavior!
You know BESY what's right for YOU. Instead of being haunswaggled by what appears to be a defeat begin tor espect and listen to the why of your inner self not liking the way you are doing it now. Love the really beautiful instinct that has you at this place
