OK OK, I've finally am starting to get my Kombucha Tea and Kefir on track.....
The Kombucha tea - lets see 3 64 oz. bottles filled, 8 16 oz. Grolsch bottles with the swingtop caps (I take these in my cooler) always have Kombucha Tea on hand...
I have 4 cups Kefir brewing and 3 cups Kefir waiting to be drunk...
I've been drinking Kombucha for a month and Kefir a week now seriously. 6 ounces three times a day on the Kombucha and 3 cups of Kefir. No significant changes, but then, there really wasn't much wrong with me "yet", but I have notices little things like the brown spots (from the sun) are going away a couple at time, no colds yet, usually have one the first snow.... My fingernails are a little stronger. hair shiny and silky, and of course growing faster. I'm still waiting for more tolerance of the cold weather we are having... I also noticed I am a little more even tempered. I'm still a bitch at work, But now when I'm being a bitch at least it is when I am right..... I also noticed a couple months ago I was having blurred vision in my left eye, didn't pay much attention becasue I knew that glasses were budgeted in the next couple of months. Well when I went to the eye doctor to get my eyes checked and he told me that I had a cataract forming, due to exposure to the sun and getting older PUNK!!! Also thinking, gee the blurring has just about gone, so maybe it helped that too. Now after a month I've had no blurring at all...
I think I found a source for "raw milk". I can't believe what I found about raw milk, lots of states it is illegal, or cow sharing and that with complications. The government has taken a perfect food and made it not perfect with pasturization to kill all the good bacteria and given us WHAT "milk that doesn't sour". Large dairy farms producing "suspect" milk that can be pasturized and add synthetic Vitaman D (better living thru chemistry) and now the federal government is going after the small farmer AGAIN!!! The ones that can't afford it.....
Going on Tuesday to this co-op find out what I can do....
Didn't realize that getting in a healthy state was going to have so many hoops to jump thru....
Looks like my sister is interested!!!!
Hey one person a a time....
I truly believe that you have to start adding good things in your life to correct all to counter all the bad things you have been using in your past. Kombuch Tea and Kefir add good probtics they at least give your body a fighting chance on staying well........

| I got a kit on ebay (zencultures) and started brewing my tea. It's going great. I used to drink prepared KT at my old job and loved it.

Hey it's the 16'th how are you doing, I'm still having all kinds of different things happening it brews quicker or scarythought it brews slower,,, it all works out, didn't need to go to e-bay there is a kombucha group that luv to share. When you are brewing for awhile you will see... all of a sudden you have all these babies and don't know what to do with them.. My friends give me the sign of the cross or listen to me
All I know is our bodies need an army working for us, not against us.....
