Here are some juice combos I like. I'm not going to stick with the ingredients you have, I'm just going to lay them out there for you! These are from a book I have. There's one that mixes fruit with veggies and some people say not to do that, but I haven't had any problems.
2 pears
1/2 lemon
piece of ginger
carrots
ginger
3 stalks celery
4-5 leaves spinach
3 tomatoes
eighth of a head of white cabbage
3 sprigs dill
1 lemon
3 carrots
1/3 beet
2 carrots
1/2 cucumber
2 stalks celery
1/2 beetroot
2 carrots
1 orange
quarter beetroot
little piece of ginger
red seeded grapes
ginger
(water this down, it's strong)
4 apple
1 pear
piece ginger
2 tomatoes
1 green pepper
celery
cucumber
lemon
(hot sauce???)
I've been adding a little hot sauce to some of my tomato juices cause I love it, and it seems like a treat!
Also - about the broth - I went to a health food store and found a powder called Seitenbacher Vegetarian Vegetable broth and seasoning. It's pretty good. The thing I looked for was all natural ingredients, and the closest I got was these ingredients: nutritional yeast extract, sea salt, carrots, onions, turmeric root, leek, parsley, nutmeg, garlic, lovage, celery, pepper, balm, dill, paprika.
The side says no gelatine, no dairy, no meat, no eggs, no artificial flavor, fat free, chlesterol free, gluten free, no oil.
I think that's important - you want to be sure not to have any artificial flavors or gelatin in there (it's an animal product, the gelatin)
You'll drink a lot of juice the first few days. I was drinking two juice containers (one fruit, one veggie), each 20-32 ounces, some watered down, the first few days. Now I'm drinking 1/3 of that.
You'll regulate out to what's right for you. And you can water down the juices to make them last for more ounces.
