My pap came back negative. However, I have a small fibroid on the back of my uterus according to my gyno. I'm thinking of calling him but he's busy. I wish he and the nurse didn't allow me to leave so fast. I was stunned when I was told I had a fibroid. Something happened between July 2006 and now. Anyway, I will go back in November after I've enacted some of my plans to shrink the fibroid. I get a free physical for my birthday with blood labs.
I am truly empowered to heal my own body. Yesterday I passed blood and some small clots all afternoon. I called my husband and I know he got a little scared. Shades of his mother who died from colon cancer. I felt like my body was detoxing itself after I returned to the gym a true champion. I stopped taking evening primrose oil a while back when I didn't have money and wasn't in prosperity mode. Thinking of the things that could possibly have caused this fibroid, I'd say STRESS and DEPRESSION are the top two reasons for this fibroid. Followed by... carrying extra weight (estrogen is a fat hormone!) and my old fat collecting estrogen over the years.
Anyway, I am forming my plan within the parameters of my 100 day reality challenge/26 week weight loss challenge to trim all extra fat weight off my body and be very lean. I am happy for the body I have now given the nature of my job. Rhonda Byrne says tape the number of your ideal weight on the scale and forget about the scale.

the place i have been working with deals with all kinds of hormones - sex and otherwise and getting them regulated through natural means and also through bioidentical hormones. i have heard only good things about them from people who have used them. you can do consults over the phone and can do the saliva test at home, they can ship to you. the saliva test can test your adrenal function and also your (sex) hormone balance - estrogen, testosterone, progesterone.

glad to hear you have a plan though and that you are not going to let stress beat you down. if you would like to email me i could send you a copy of their protocol as to what they recommend but then some of it would be individualized also.
