HURRAY! I have never dropped this fast before. I keep expecting the scale to slow down, but I'll take it! I'm back to where I had stabilized after my last cleanse. From here, it's REAL weight loss.
I went to bed early last night, but couldn't sleep. So I picked up my new book "The Raw Detox Diet" and read for a while. It's really good! I'm really looking forward to eating again. It'll be hard to resist, but I know that if I were to stop fasting at this point, it would be the SAD cheese and pasta I'd be reaching for. My cravings aren't pure yet (not even close). So I will stick to my plan. 14 days MC/Juice; then high raw, mostly soups, smoothies and salads for my anniversary trip; then back to cleansing with an MC or juice fast.
Looking at my spreadsheet for weightloss, I should be under 200 pounds by the end of the first week of April. Maybe I'll start my high raw then. Until then, it'll be mostly liquids with periodic breaks. I want to do several more liver flushes too, so I'll get to eat plenty of Granny Smith apples (sounds REALLY good right now!)
Well, I need to get ready for the day, as I'll be gone most of it...
