    Today I'm getting ready emotionally, mentally and physically for my MC tomorrow. I started with a fresh orange, banana and strawberry smoothie. My daughter wanted more to take to school for morning snack (GREAT!) and hubby had a big glass before he left for the morning. I know he'll eat at McDonald's for lunch, but at least he got a healthy serving of fruit first!

    I am feeling the effects of the unhealthy food I ate yesterday. My face, hands and feet are REALLY bloated, and I am a bit constipated this morning, even with the Smooth Move tea last night. I'll stick with the fruit until lunch and then have a big salad. Then I'll just have the tea for dinner, and I'll be ready for the first lemonade in the morning. I am excited about getting back off of food. I still can't trust myself to make the best choices when I'm tired, irritated, etc. When I'm feeling great, it's no problem. At least it's progress, and I know I'll get to the point where I make the best choices most of the time. But I have to be patient, and remember how long I've reinforced bad habits....

      Wow. You were super good. You are totally committed. Don't worry about your slip-up, they happen to everyone.

      If you keep eating like that (even if you eat 80% good and have a slip-up every once in a while) the pounds will fall off.

      One question: are you getting some exercise every day? it will help EVERYTHING. It's the only way to see the kind of results you want in the time you want. Also if you're losing lots of weight from raw eating and fasting, you could end up with flabby skin. Exercise (walking, stretching, jumping jacks, lifting weights, sit ups, pushups... whatever) will keep you toned while you lose weight.
