Blog: Fasting Orange Juice Style!!!!
Hello fellow fasters,
How are you all doing in fasting world?
Things the same with me, still fasting like a crazy man.
I have decided to go to day eighty and that will be my fiat accompli.
Everyone around me thinks I have completely lost my mind now,lol.
I love being the abnormal one.
So I have noticed that my energy levels are off the charts now. I have been getting things done in half the time yet with utmost quality.
I am sleeping much better and waking much more refreshed than I was a week ago. I like that. I was so sick of waking up tired. I still toss and turn alot but the sleep I do get is getting better.
I have noticed my skin is starting to get smoother, but I still have moles, scars, etc. I need to really attack my liver and get it working like it should when I am done with this fast. That is my next goal, to be stone free.
Juiced my oranges and drank the good stuff. They ran out of organic navel oranges, must be because of me,lol. So now I am on the organic valentia orange, not as sweet but taste good nonetheless. Ran out of my bf&c today, so I am done with those until my funds allow more. Took my olive leaf capsules and my oregano oil in water. Drank my dewormer and spice 4 life drinks. Made up my no crash ball, and sucked it away. I do a double dose of that everytime now. I take my plant fats 4 life still in the evening right before bed, awhile after my evening dose of dewormer.
Did a bunch of stretching, push ups, 1000 punches, 5000 jumps on the trampoline, and 500 jumps with the jumprope. A very nice workout. I love how working out makes you feel alive all over. All your cells are just singing out when you get done on the trampoline, it is an amazing feeling.

love it! how fantastic to be known as a crazy man for fasting. i have just being back thru your blog and maybe i missed it or maybe you didnt post but i was wondering what are soem of your reasons/goals for fasting and for extending to 80 days????

I broke over twelve bones in a motorcycle wreck a number of years ago and I also had mercury poisoning for a number of years so that is the reasons for fasting.
I also smoked cigarettes and pot for seventeen years and I am trying to clean out from that as well.
Like most, I lived the diet and lifestyle of the conventionally insane,lol.
Not anymore, I am the health and longevity nutball now.
