Blog: Fasting Orange Juice Style!!!!
Day Sixty Nine, all went just fine.
Juiced and drank my oranges. Took my olive leaf capsules and oil of oregano in water. Drank my two cups of bf&c tea. Took my no crash ball. Had my two cups of acv and maple syrup. Took my plant fats 4 life before bed right after my pranayamic breathing.
Hit the shoulder, back, and chest with weights for an hour and thirty minutes. It was another wonderful workout. Did some stretching and push ups as well.
Worked around the house cleaning and making dehydrator goodies for when I get off my fast next week. Man, do I miss my dehydrator cookies, crackers, nuts, chips, etc. Everyone ate all the last stuff. It doesn't last long around here,lol.
Stayed up until about 1:00am reading the Tao of Jeet Kune Do, by Mr. Lee. Very good reading, I shall finish it tonight.
Day Seventy
Today I worked outside on my firewood bay. I built a new retaining wall and then stacked the wood that I cut up at my dads last week. It was another beautiful sunny day here today. When I got done with that it was time to make chow for the family. I made them scrambled organic eggs from my chickens, with chopped organic zucchini and some grated raw cheese on the top. The side dish was sectioned organic grapefruit. I chewed on a little wedge, it sure tasted marvelous. I think I might have to juice myself some grapefruit next week, lol.
Juiced and drank my oranges. Drank my three drops of oregano oil in water. Took my olive leaf capsules and no crash ball. Had two cups of the bf&c tea, now I must set a new batch a soaking. Had a couple cups of acv and maple syrup. I will have my plant fats 4 life before bed, again.
After dinner I hit the trampoline for 5000 bounces, did 1000 a-b punches, push ups, and stretching. I am done now,lol.
So as you can tell, same stuff, different day for wacky young M.O.G.

Hi there .... your blog is great!
I have some questions, if you don't mind answering:
What is M.O.G. stand for?
What are the supplements you take? I can't decode your acronyms.
Why are you taking them?....what is the specific purpose of each one?
I ask because you obviously have both momentum and experience.
It is cool that you are living on prana....
What was/is the overarching reason for your long term fast?
What do you see for your future?

Bf&c stands for bone, flesh, and cartilage. It is used to rebuild those. It is a mixture of a bunch of herbs.
Why are you taking them?....what is the specific purpose of each one?
Besides what I just said about the bf&c, olive leaf and oregano oil are great for fungus, viruses, etc , in getting rid of those in the body.
What was/is the overarching reason for your long term fast?
I got in a bad motorcycle wreck a number of years ago, breaking many bones in the process, and I was poisoned heavily by mercury for a number of years. Also ate the s.a.d diet for too long, and smoked cigarettes for 17 years, along with pot for the same amount of time. I am trying to heal up all the damage I have created in my body for one reason or another
What do you see for your future?
Abundant health and longevity. God willing, I plan on living forever, in one way or another,lol.

I do have a before and I will have an after, just not yet. I will post both when done. I am going to continue until day 108 and then I shall be done.
I have not healed up the musculo-skeletal problems that I have, but I have so much more energy than I ever had before I started. I feel stronger, more awake, more in tune with my surroundings and environment. I feel my connection with God has increased a hundredfold. All and all, life has just gotten merrier.
Now if I could get the world around me to catch up, life would be perfect,lol.
I think I really need to concentrate on liver cleanses when I am done and to also unblock energy blockages I have from my wreck. I have a number of fused spots in my spine and I know that is why the energy isn't flowing through them quite like it should be and that can be a big part of my problem. Kinda like a kink in your garden hose. You get some water through, but not as much as when your unkinked.

As one who understands that there can only be one.

I request also that you share with me how you plan on doing the liver cleanses.
I will be honest I do not like the lecithin.
Hanna Kroeger says just a tablespoon of olive oil per evening will do it. any thoughts.

Also acupuncture can unblock them chi points for you. GEt the body remembering what flow there feels like.

I am just going to do the Clark liver flushes, ya know, epsom salts, olive oil and grapefruit juice. If you want the exact recipe, let me know and I will get it for ya.
How are things in your neck of the woods?

Here's a link to perelandra's site, where you can read about MAP. (stands for Medical Assistance Program -- it's more like having your own team of etheric healers: who can work on all levels. Very humbling and divine experience.) I've been using it for several years, off and on. It is *most* wonderful.
You can also find really good online instructions at perelandra on teaching yourself how to 'test' ( kineseology) using your body's electical system. It's easy and everyone should learn it, in my view. You could let your kids learn, and then teach you!!!
all the uses. I often use it to teast what time my partner will return home -- since he operates in a time-frame that is sort of unlike most others. It cuts out any concern or aggravation...the applications are endless, from the best-quality (highest mineral content/most alkalizing) fruit and vegetables...to etc.etc.
(like which new Barefoot thing to try...)
note: In MAP, "white brotherhood" means white as in white light being the full spectrum. For some, that kind of puts them off initially, but I highly reccommend looking into MAP.
