Blog: First 30 day Juice Fast - Stepping into the Unknown
Cold finally starting to subside. Funny thing, i've felt practically no hunger during these 5 days...due to i think being distracted by the misery of the cold.
Feeling lighter though here in the 5th day, as in clear headedness.
Decided to add radishes to my juice, supposed to be good for the liver.
Did my first SW flush this morning...wow, already can see THAT'S a good thing. Sure enough, the salt water mixture all came out and flushed within an hour and a half.
Headaches almost gone. I like the saying by someone else on here...

Hey, glad you're feeling better! Just wait till you feel even better! It's awesome! I'm on day 12 and feeling GREAT!! Yes, I still want to eat because food looks and smells soooooo good. But, I wouldn't give in now because of how I feel!
Keep it up, you're doing GREAT!

Thanks, yes i know very soon i'll be feeling like SUPERMAN.
Today had a weak moment wanting some coffee, but it has passed.
A tip to everyone...don't read about breaking your fast, until one day beFORE you really intend to break it...i did this on my longest one, started reading how to break the fast beFORE i was ready...and sure enough, next day, i started breaking the fast.
