Blog: First 30 day Juice Fast - Stepping into the Unknown
My hunger came back on day 14 though i didn't mention it, it was still there on day 15 as i mentioned in blog, yesterday it was really there...drink a whole glass of juice and 30 minutes later it was still there, water and still there, it was persistent...so i may be closer to my ideal weight than i thought...so rather than continue on in doubt, i'll probably do a liver flush today and end the fast.
Lost 20 lbs in 17 days. Woo hooo! And reading my list of reasons, i've gratefully met all of them...just will see if it all holds. I'm wearing pants and belts i haven't in 14 years....with flat stomach...and seeing veins in my forearms i haven't seen in 14 years. i'm happy!
May continue the blog a bit to report how my breaking the fast goes.

Yeah, I'm still going, gonna try and do 40. I still have some weight to loose and gunk to clean out.
One thing about the liver flush, and I could very well be wrong, but I thought I read somewhere on here that you should resume eating for a week before post-fast-flushing because you need to give your gall bladder time to start pumping out the bile, as it's the bile that helps push out the stones. Like I said, I could be wrong, but like you, I too am planning a liver flush at the end of my fast, but a week after it.
Just an FYI.. :)
