Blog: Mastering the Master CLeanse
I started off alittle off course today because I didnt do drink the Senna Tea and I woke up to late to do the salt water flush. SO Tonight I'm going to make sure I dont go to sleep with the tea seeping on my nightstand.
However today is just a routine day in the MC journey for me.. I seem to have put my focus on geeting through rather than on what I'm missing. But it does help that the Lemonade helps to keep you from being hungry.
It always amazes me when I get to several days without food under my belt.. And I'm still full of raging energy. Just got back from the Nj Nets & Miami Heat game.. GO NJ!!!!
They won, I live in NJ so I rooted for them but I'm not really a fan of either.
The energy that I have is unfathomable. It seems that I have less energy when I actually do have food. I'm not too concerned about the weight that loose on these cleanses, because I'm pretty thin already. I think that the other benefits of this cleanse far outweight the weight loss aspect.
I've only had about 4 cups today, so I have to down 2-3 more cups before bed.. I think I will have me a nice cup of Dong Quai Tea and then the smooth move.
SOrry if I'm disappointing anyone by not posting the lbs lost. However if anyone is curious you will loose weight although some may loose more than others.
Well tomorrow will officially be day 4. WHOOPIE time flys when ure having fun.
I'm gonna try and work out tomorrow, I'll let you know how that feels...
