Blog: Mastering the Master CLeanse
Today was pretty hard for me to get through. I am speculating that this is because I am experience symptoms of die off. The grapefruit seed extract is supposed to kill the parasites so I'm thinking this is why I was feeling sooooo awful.
I had Brain Fog and I started to feel tired and hungry. I thought about giving up but my best friend was there to make strong again to keep going. I was imagining making the vegetable soup with the rye toast. OH MY Goodness.. sounds delicious to me even right now. But I'm goin to keep goin forward. I'm praying that the GSE will help rid me of acne.. I think that I have made up my mind that I will do the liver purge.
I went to the gym this morning and although mentally I was waivering, physically I'm still doing pretty good:-)
BTW My skin is not breaking out, but it didnt break up when I did the MC B4. But afterwards I had a flare up. Anyway, I'm going to figure it out..
Hopefully tomorrow will be easy street but since I've heard that you shouldn't end on a bad day then I will keep going anyway.
I also think that I saw some nasty worms.. YUCK.. I really and just sick and tired of these contaminated food that we eat.. Oh well One day I will probably be vegetarian.
Well Right now I'm making dinner for the children.. and oh boy that ground turkey is peaking my senses... I can smell like a hawk.. its amazing but also aggrevating.

Yes, go to the liver flush forum and read about the liver flush there. That helps with acne also.
Sounds like you're doing great. And it's great that you have a physical buddy to support you and do it along with you!
