My sister gave me these ezekiel food for life 'sprouted' wrap tortillas. I was inspired to make my own ezekiel bread that is NOT heated in an oven but dried with all enzymes intact. I would also avoid build uo of acrylamides and other poisons. I like the idea of making a life food bread. I'm now further down the road to a life full of health and vitality.
Next on the table is getting rid of coffee. The longest I've ever gone without coffee was two weeks. When I returned from my honeymoon, I ate 100% raw for four-five days. I seem to be able to go raw for two weeks at a time then I have some failure or other.
I'm having fruit for the rest of the day, watermelon specifically. I still have to juice my veggies. I don't know what I'm going to do tomorrow because I'll be out of vegetables, except for a bag of carrots. I wish my job prospects would call back. Living in a small town, the pay sucks for office jobs! If I don't get any calls today, I'm going to go out tomorrow and search for more jobs.
I'm now officially car-less and so I have to walk wherever I have to go. I have to go to Walmart later and that's seven miles total. I'm also going to run today and today's chest/triceps.
