First off, I feel fine. I haven't mentioned it, but except for the first night, I have not slept through the night without getting up. It isn't a bad thing - many times I have to pee, but others I just wake up. The interesting thing is that I'm not groggy, I wake up like I have been awake. I go right back to sleep too. It is kind of cool. I usually sleep through the night, but since the first night of the JF, I wake up two or three times.
Second thing to report is that I feel no hunger, or I'm used to the small amount that is always there. A huge moment happened last night. I agreed to go to "Quizzo" at a tavern near my apartment. I really like the food there and was wondering what it would be like. I ordered water and spent two hours there with french fries and beer under my nose the whole time. The friends I was there with just ordered several plates of cheese fries, etc. and pitchers of beer. I just didn't have any trouble turning it down. I may be more proud of what I did last night than most things I've done in life. It was no big deal at all for me.
Third thing, BM issues. After work last night, felt uncomfortable in my bowels. I did another SWF after work. Didn't feel the same relief I did after the first one. I did it at 5pm and was ok to go to Quizzo by 10pm. I made it through the game. Feeling uncomfortable late last night and this morning, I was thinking non-stop to myself, "I need an enema". Now I'm like most of you, I dismissed the idea. However, all the things I've read about "needing" them might apply to me. We'll see how I feel tonight, but I think I won't get relief without it. We'll see. Overall - it is a mild discomfort and I'm very happy with things so far.
