Blog: Working the Water Cure
Well, weekends are always the worst for me. I didn't drink enough water and I didn't eat that well.. I'm back on the wagon again today.
I had some hot green tea this morning upon wakening. It tasted soo good. But now my question is, Do I count that at water intake? or do I actually have to drink more water now because of the caffeine?
Either way I'm going to try to equal it out. This morning 234.2. At least it's back down from that dreaded 237 number.
(This is my third day not OP.. I wish I had found the time this morning)
I'm asking God today to please help me with my addiction to food. Please guide me in ways that are accord with what you wanted for my life. Please help me over come any addictions that I have that are not a part of this plan. Help me see that I no longer need excess food, ciggarettes or other unpure substances. Thank You, Amen

I think our bodies tell us what we need. Maybe you needed that green tea...
I assume you use sea salt. I have a friend that had a cold for a couple of days and a large glass of salty water knocked it out. Keep up the good work.

I have just started using sea salt. I've been contemplating doing a SWF but an just not sure. I think the main thing with that would be to be sure I get up early enough to semi-complete with the process before I have to leave for work.
