Blog: First Time Faster
| Today was absolutely brutal. It took everything in me not to break my fast. The cravings were almost unbearable. After my walk I took a nap to keep myself from eating. Later I started breaking out in a sweat. I am hoping tomorrow will be a better day.

Greetings...
I am currently on day three of my fourth cleanse and this one is giving me more fits then the others. Bottom line is we have to hang tough to achieve what it is we set out to do. The food will always be there, in abundance. A 10 or 14 or 21 day break from eating will do miraculous things for your body and I guarantee you will never in your life regrete having stuck to it. I'm at my blog if you need support and I'll keep an eye out for you as well.
