Blog: My Juice fast Journey
Today is the start of fasting day 4.
I weighed myself this morning and I have a plateau day today. I am still at 163.
I'm definitly ok with this as I have experienced this in the past and early this morning I woke up with PMS cramps so I'm thinking I know the culprit but it is one week away so hmmm??
One thing that I may have foibled on yesterday was drinking too much juice and then while I was walking I was so thirsty that I went to the convenience store and bought those new 'AlOE VERA' bottled water. Its so yumm but without thinking I didnt read thd lable saying it contained sugar and I drank about 1 litre or about 33 oz yuck...way to much sugar so I think I may have bloated and retained water from that.
Its funny cause I was caught up just living life without thinking that I am on a fast since I really did not have any hunger pains all day. I felt like a champion and then I buy sugary water - eh not detered but I will be more aware.
So its on to day 4 - "BRING IT ON'

| I hope this day has went well for you and that your not too fatigued or hungry. I know from personal experience that coffee is a very addictive drink. Breaking the addiction is so hard, but I've found it to be just what I needed. No more "need that cup to wake up" feeling or even the late afternoon low that caffeine gives you. Whatever you decide be thoroughly convinced for yourself. Then your choice will prove a lasting one. Good luck. I look forward to seeing your progress!
