Break Out! Not the game, not the prison imperative but what my face is up to. I talk about censoring myself and the upcoming yoga class for fasters.

Great job! It's not easy to fast. It's far easier to conform to society. Eating is a necessary part of life, but the more I read about fasting, the more I understand eating is for nutrients first...taste and enjoyment follow in order of importance. We should eat to satisfy nutritional needs, not to satisfy our lust for taste. My family freaks out each time I fast, but I have medical evidence, in the form of lower cholesterol levels, to back up my claims that fasting is beneficial.

As a suggestion, if you aren't having as many hits to your yoga site as you would like, it might be because yoga for you seems to be linked to your religious beliefs. I like to use yoga techniques for stretching and such, but I don't like classes with instructors who intertwine their philosophies with the exercises. I find peace and a better understanding of God, nature, and myself by reading the Holy Bible. I need yoga as a form of exercise not a way to bring myself inner harmony. Only by seeking God through the Holy Bible do I find true peace, joy, love, and fulfillment. This is not meant to be a knock on you. It is just offered as a possible reason for why you don't have more viewers. Who knows?

If it is your Vblog that isn't getting viewed it might be because the lack of anonymity. It seems that people on the curezone fasting forums are extremely cautious of their privacy. Since you aren't it might turn some people off. Again, who knows? I personally find your Vblog informative and amusing (nice personality). This is probably WAY more of a response than what you really wanted. If so, just know my desire it to help. Take care and please keep up the great work fasting and Vblogging! (Is is vblog or vlog? I don't know...oh, well :) )

I was nervous about what your response would be. I read it back and couldn't tell how someone that didn't know me would take it. I'm thankful you took it 'with a grain of salt', I would never want to offend. Take care!

I guess it was a "safe" answer heeheheh

There are so many people that visit curezone that I would not even want to guess at who they are or how they are. But in general, people are not as outgoing as me.

To be honest, I'm actually shy in many situations. I'm at ease in front of large groups and camera's not always with small groups.

And about the bible comment... I was raised as a christian and I believe I took in the profound teachings about love I heard during church as a kid.

I've since discoverer other religions and philosophies and it's amazing how they all have love at their roots. Nothing born out of hate seems to survive.

What I find confusing is all the hate born out of so called religious people.

            Love and light,

            Michel
