  • Vlog day 21/21 Water! Yes, it's over and you can watch it "go down" live   by  YogaYak     17 y     3,460       5 Messages Shown       Blog: "Daily" Vlog 40 Day Water Fast. Video Log.

Cheers! Today I raise my glass of watered down orange juice and end the fast live on camera. I discuss the reasons for ending the fast short and go over many important aspects of the fast and of breaking the fast.

Thank you all that have emailed me in support. You're comments have been truly inspirational.

I will be Vlogging in the next few days sporadically, but I will give updates of post fast impressions.

    Love and light,

    Michel

    • Congratulations!   by  ButtercupLuV     17 y     2,062
I visited your blog to see how you were doing and I was taken aback by how great you look! I am amazed at the difference from day 1 to day 21. Congratulations on making it that far, what an accomplishment!

I'm so sorry to hear about your mother's illness. I will add her to the list of 4 female friends I am currently praying for who are dealing with the same illness. I can't believe how many people I personally know who are battling this horrible disease. I am very thankful, however, for our current medical and technological advances. Still, the Great Physician is the One who brings comfort and peace in the midst of trials.

I wish you a safe journey. I know from my sister and brother-in-law how taxing it can be just being a support for the woman battling this disease. I pray that God gives you strength, faith, and comfort so that you are built up and ready to help your mother go through this most difficult treatment and experience. God bless you both! Please update us as to how you and your mother are doing through everything. And, thank you for letting us all get to know you a little, so we can pray for you and your mother.

Congratulations again on your fasting accomplishments!

      in Christ,
      ButtercupLuV

So what happened to you; I thought you were going to post again to let us know how breaking the fast is going?
