Whole food supplements are excellent for juice fasting and they dont cause deficiencies. Some good ones to take are spirulina and bee pollen. Also, have you told your parents about this fast. This is very important because if something goes wrong, which can happen no matter how much research you've done, your parents need to know what to do. Its also important to have someone who will support you. Doing a 30 day juice fast is very dangerous for someone who is not very overweight. A 1 to 2 week fast at most would be whats safe for a person of your age and weight. Hair loss is a sign of severe malnourishment and fasting would absolutely not be advised. It is also a sign of an omega-3 deficiency. What would be for your condition is to go on an all raw diet. Eating nothing but raw fruits, veggies, nuts, and seeds will end food cravings and allow you do drop weight just as fast as if you were to juice fast. It can also reverse hair loss. I think fasting would just cause problems in your situation but if you decide to you are going to need the support of your parents. Good luck and please be safe.
