Its also important to have someone who will support you. Doing a 30 day juice fast is very dangerous for someone who is not very overweight. A 1 to 2 week fast at most would be whats safe for a person of your age and weight. Hair loss is a sign of severe malnourishment and fasting would absolutely not be advised. It is also a sign of an omega-3 deficiency. What would be for your condition is to go on an all raw diet. Eating nothing but raw fruits, veggies, nuts, and seeds will end food cravings and allow you do drop weight just as fast as if you were to juice fast. It can also reverse hair loss.
