Tried the SWF yesterday afternoon and it didn’t work. I hate that! Then I retain all that salt and bloat. Definately not trying that again as the last time I did the same thing happened. So I went in the backyard and had a beer and a cigarette to see if that would work, which it didn’t but it was quite pleasant anyhow...lol...Drank some smooth move and that did the trick.

First day of Master Cleanse
Day one of my 2 week on, 1 week off, 2 week on cleanse.
My goal is to lose about 30 lbs - the the past, I’ve averaged out to 1 lb a day on the cleanse and find the weight stays off easily for a few months. Its been a few years since I’ve cleansed and I’ve gained back 30 lbs of the 70 I lost. I’m 5ft 6 1/2 and want to get down to 130 or so.
The first three days have always been a breeze for me as the weight comes off so fast, the motivation is amazing. Then it starts to even off and that’s when I get hungry and occasionally have feelings that I’m going to die before I get to eat again ... read more |
