The plan: day 1!!!
water fast
Date: 10/22/2007 12:07:47 AM ( 17 y ) ... viewed 3157 times Today is day one of my 120 day plan. it is about 1 in the morning and i have been up all night because i can't stop thinking about how much I want to succeed this time. Like alot of us I have started diets and fasts and given up. of course I only try them for one day and if I haven't gotten down to a size to by days end I quit and eat everything in sight...this time will be different.
I am 24 years old, married and have 2 boys 3 and 4. I have multiple health issues.
diabetes, heart issues, thyroid problems. You name it I have it.
It is extremely hard for me to lose weight with my current health issues. Also another reason for giving up so soon.
My doctor has recommended that I complete this total transformation plan because,it is harder on my body right now to be overweight with these issues than to lose the weight slowly...This is a fast weight loss plan and as we all know that when the body isn't consetrating on digesting all that crap we put into it, it will start to heal itself. Which, hopefully will be the end result.
Here is my plan
40 day water fast with of course cleansing agents...
40 day juice fast
40 day raw diet(includes veggies and fruit.)
My goal is to lose 85 lbs. in this time frame.
I am not sure what the exact dates will be but, I am planning on keeping track with
how many blogs I have written.
Every day I will write how my day went, my weight and exercise.
Please keep encouraging me as much as you can!!!
