Day by Day...Oh Dear Lord these things I pray - Godspell

The Sun was out in full force this holiday weekend. YEEESSS!!!!!I put away my winter clothes...finally for good I hope. You know, when you lose weight; you get a whole new wardrobe for free - because the clothes you grew out of start to fit again. Today I'm wearing a pair of pants I found while cleaning out the closet, that I forgot I had; because I hadn't seen them in so long. I put them on this morning and they fit well; even the thighs. Doing laundry and grocery shopping yesterday gave me an almost full body workout. This morning, we had our weekly weigh-in at work. I'm down another five pounds. I generally have problem free skin, but have noticed that my complexion is nicer - Someone said I was glowing. All I know is my skin looks healthy and all I put on is moisturizer in the morning. I now have 4 servings of the vitamineral green per day. I aim to work up to maybe six per day; as it will help to prevent muscle loss and keep me "glowing". Still doing detox baths. I really look forward to them, and I feel so clean afterward. My "new" find is Smart Water, the electrolyte balanced water sold in stores. I had some this weekend and will plan to keep some on hand.
