Day 5 in the Morning

The Begining of Day 5

Today is the start of day 5, im happy I have made it this far, right now im a little bit tires but it's not bad at all. I really want to make it passed this day because I could never make it passed day 5. Just 2 more days, I know I can do it, im just filled with joy, I have made it this far. But im still thinking that maybe when I get to day 7 I might want to continue to day 10, just do three more extra days, since I hace come that far, but I will see how I feel about that when day 7 gets here. I know I can make it through the day, I have made it the last 4 days, I just gotta be focused on the good side of fasting.

At the momment Im not hungry at all which is wonderful, I hope it lasts for a long time, last night I had a dream where I ate nachos and freaked out when I woke up, but thank goodness it didnt happen, just a dream, I heard a lot of poeple fasting have dreams of eating.
